Development of a 160 lot single-family residential subdivision. Included subdivision feasibility study, topographic and boundary surveys, engineering, development of final plat map, construction staking, as-built survey and plans, and all associated project coordination.
 
Serrano, Auburn, Washington
Client: Harbour Homes, Inc.
Development of a 202 lot residential subdivision on 50.92 acres outside the City of Auburn.  Included design of storm, sewer, and water utilities, site grading, roads, and conceptual landscape plan.
 
The Crossing at North Creek, Snohomish County, Washington
Client: SBI Developing, LLC
Development of a 245 lot attached and detached multi-family residential subdivision. Included topographic survey, record of survey, engineering services and landscape design.
 
East Creek Village, Kenmore, Washington
Client: Lighthouse Projects & Consulting Services, Inc.
Development of a 63 lot single-family residential subdivision. Included design of storm, sewer and water utilities, site grading and roads. 
 
Stonehaven Condominiums, Snohomish County, Washington
Client: Pinnacle Homes & Development, Inc.
Development of a 39 lot single-family condominium binding site plan. Included as-built plan and survey and construction staking services.
 
Barcelona, Bothell, Washington

Development of a 20 lot plat in Bothell.  Included a subdivision feasibility study, boundary and topographic survey, engineering services, and final plat map preparation.
 
The Google Campus at Kirkland
Client: SRM Development, LLC
Development of three office buildings with underground parking structure. Included boundary line adjustment, building foundation ALTA survey, topographic survey, re-design of grading and storm elements, and engineering services.
