| | Boris Shakhnovich, P.E. | Boris has been with D. R. STRONG since 2005 and is an expert in the areas of hydraulics, hydrology and sanitary sewer and water distribution systems. He has been responsible for the design of wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and storm drainage. Boris received his Masters degree in civil engineering from Kiev University in the Ukraine. He now serves as a project engineer, designing water and sanitary sewer distribution systems and sanitary sewer pump stations. |
