Four years experience in storm design, residential site grading, road design, plats, short plats and commercial development Fluency in LDD2i+, AutoCAD, and AutoCAD customizations as it applies to land development Experience in management and review of multiple projects within a given timeline Ability to effectively communicate with clients, municipalities, and staff.
Minimum requirements: Licensed Land Surveyor in the state of Washington Five years of experience in project management and multiple municipalities Ability to manage individual projects while simultaneously coordinating with engineering staff Experience conducting research, analyzing field data, and preparing surveys Fluent in LDD2i+, AutoCAD, and AutoCAD customizations as they apply to land development Work with junior survey staff on drafting requirements, review, and research
Minimum Requirements: Current Washington State Land Surveyor-In-Training Certificate Candidate will serve as a point of contact for the Engineering department and must be able to efficiently assist with scheduling of field crews Candidate must have a minimum of two years experience preparing boundary and topographic surveys Experience with AutoCAD and LDD2i+ is required. Knowledge of Carlson software is a plus.
