This individual will have a P.E. certification and will also have Civil 3D experience along with subdivision and commercial property civil engineering experience.
Engineer in Training
This candidate will have their E.I.T. certification and experience in Civil 3D.
This person is a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor in the state of Washington. They will have experience in this roll and require little to no supervision. Applicant has the ability to manage individual projects while coordinating with survey and engineering staff. They will have experience conducting research, analyzing field data and preparing surveys. This professional will be fluent in Civil 3D 2016/2017. Their duties will include note checking, construction calculations, setting up for field personnel and drafting.
Chief of Parties
A Chief of Parties will have direct experience managing survey crews in their day to day activities. They will also be in direct contact with clients and contractors in order to schedule and manage the survey schedule. This person has previously been on a survey crew as a Party Chief and Crew Person or equivalent. The person in this role will be proficient in Civil 3D 2017 and will also be responsible for the daily processing of field notes, construction calculations and preparation of survey drawings. A L.S.I.T. or P.L.S. is preferred but not required for this position.
The ideal applicant will have years of land surveying experience and possess a working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D 2016/2017. Applicants will be responsible for the daily processing of field notes, construction calculations and the preparation of survey drawings. L.S.I.T. certification is preferred.
Experienced Party Chief
This position requires land surveying experience. Requirements include a knowledge and understanding of field procedures for boundaries, topographic surveys, and construction staking. Applicant must possess knowledge of field equipment including Leica or Trimble robotic total stations, data collectors, and Carlson field software. They will be responsible for managing the field crew, equipment care and daily electronic file transfers.
Survey Field Crew Person
This position requires field experience working on a survey field crew. Requirements include a knowledge and understanding of field procedures for boundaries, topographic surveys, and construction staking. Applicant must possess a working knowledge of field equipment including Leica or Trimble robotic total stations and data collectors.
This person will be responsible for answering phones, greeting guests, making copies, collating reports, filing, processing incoming and outgoing mail, making deliveries & pick-ups, incidental word processing and other office related tasks. A pleasant personality is required, and proficiency in MS Office is expected. Additional tasks include ordering office supplies upon request and occasional cleanup as needed beyond that of the cleaning service. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in similar roles.
